Slavery Today

It's unbelievable, but it's reported that there are 27 million slaves in the world today. This seems impossible, but I've met people here in the US who seemingly have no other choice but to work for free for the relative(s) that brought them here. How can we not care how our merchandise is made and by whom? Low prices are all we seem to care about, not the abuses that occur in the manufacturing of such items. God, help us have a concience. Help the church at least to be a voice against abuse and slavery. Oh, I forgot, we don't have slavery today. It's been abolished.
Now, back to my current entertainment.

Back Again

I had noticed, with the help of many people, that I hadn't posted anything for quite awhile. I have favored my pen and paper and forgotten about the computer. My mid-year's resolution is to begin posting on my blog. We'll see.
