On August 30, St. Andrew congregation and Hilltop Church of Houston celebrated the Korean congregation's first year anniversary with a joint, bilingual worship service and Holy Communion followed by a fellowship lunch. What a celebration it was! Hilltop provided the meal and arranged seating so that the two congregations could continue to mingle during the meal.

The congregations will return to their usual worship times but were unanimous in their desire to worship together for special occasions. Hilltop Church of Houston is LINC's second congregation to become a chartered LCMS congregation. Their pastor, Seungwoong Ok is preparing for ordination through Concordia Seminary's Colloquy program.
